Terms of Use

Last Updated: May 11, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Webstok (“we”, “our”, or “us”) website, services, products, and solution partnership offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

Webstok is an IT consulting and application development company that provides custom web systems, mobile applications, ecommerce platforms, AI integrations, business automation systems, and technology consulting under a managed solution partnership model.

Our services are delivered through project-based engagement or recurring partnership plans that may include development, deployment, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing technical support.

All services are provided based on mutually agreed proposals, scope documents, or contracts shared before project initiation. The scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing are defined separately for each engagement.

Under our solution partnership model, Webstok may manage hosting, infrastructure, deployment systems, updates, security, and maintenance as part of ongoing service delivery. Clients receive access to their deployed systems as per the agreed commercial terms.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business requirements, content, and necessary approvals during project execution. Delays caused by incomplete inputs or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

All intellectual property created specifically for a client project is governed by the agreed contract. In general, clients retain ownership of their business data and custom implementations unless otherwise specified in writing. Webstok may retain ownership of reusable frameworks, internal tools, deployment systems, and platform architecture used to deliver services.

Webstok does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or performance metrics from the use of its systems. Technology outcomes depend on multiple external business factors including market conditions, operations, and user adoption.

Clients agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to replicate Webstok’s proprietary systems, infrastructure, or internal frameworks beyond the agreed scope of use.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services if there is misuse, non-payment, violation of agreements, or activities that may harm system integrity or business operations.

Webstok may use third-party services such as cloud infrastructure providers, APIs, payment gateways, analytics tools, and external integrations. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

While we implement security best practices, Webstok is not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages caused by external factors, cyber incidents, or third-party service failures.

All payments for services, subscriptions, and renewals must be made as per agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Our services may include recurring yearly renewal models covering hosting, maintenance, updates, and support. Continuation of services is subject to successful renewal of the partnership agreement.

Webstok reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised date.
