3. Solution Partnership & Managed Services

Webstok operates under a managed solution partnership model, which may include:

• Application maintenance and updates
• System monitoring and performance optimization
• Technical support and issue resolution
• Deployment and scaling assistance

Services under this model are provided on a recurring (typically yearly) basis, subject to renewal.

4. Payments & Renewals

All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice terms.

For recurring services, renewal fees are required to continue hosting, maintenance, and support services. Failure to renew may result in suspension or discontinuation of services.

Payments once made are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients retain ownership of their business data, branding, and custom content.
• Webstok retains ownership of reusable frameworks, libraries, deployment systems, and internal tools used in service delivery.
• Custom-built project deliverables are governed by the specific contract or agreement.

Clients are not permitted to copy, reverse-engineer, or reuse Webstok’s proprietary systems beyond the agreed usage scope.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate requirements and project inputs
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Content, data, and media required for development
• Ensuring compliance of their business use cases with applicable laws

Delays in client inputs or approvals may impact project timelines.

7. No Guarantee of Business Results

Webstok provides technology solutions but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, traffic, or performance results.

Success depends on multiple external factors including market conditions, user adoption, and business execution.

8. Third-Party Services

Our systems may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud providers, APIs, analytics tools, and external platforms.

Webstok is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Webstok shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or system downtime.

10. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

• Non-payment or delayed payment
• Misuse of systems or infrastructure
• Violation of agreed scope or terms
• Actions that may harm system integrity or security

11. Changes to Terms

Webstok reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised date.
