Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Webstok (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles cancellations, refunds, and service discontinuation for all our services including web development, mobile applications, ecommerce systems, AI integrations, business automation systems, and solution partnership offerings.
By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Project-Based Services
For custom development projects, work begins only after confirmation of scope, proposal approval, and initial payment.
Once a project has started:
- All payments made are generally non-refundable.
- This is because resources, time, planning, and technical architecture are allocated immediately after project initiation.
- If a client chooses to cancel a project mid-way, payments will be adjusted based on completed work, and any remaining balance (if applicable) will be determined at Webstok’s discretion.
2. MVP Systems & Pre-Built Solutions
For MVP-based or ready-to-deploy systems:
- Setup and configuration work begins immediately upon order confirmation.
- These services are non-refundable once development or customization has started.
- Any customization work already completed will be billed accordingly.
3. Solution Partnership (Recurring Model)
Webstok operates on a managed solution partnership model that includes hosting, maintenance, updates, and technical support under yearly or recurring plans.
For these services:
- Subscription or renewal payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- Clients may choose not to renew at the end of the service period.
- Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, not the current active term.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us in writing.
- Cancellations are accepted based on project stage and contractual agreement.
- Work already completed will be charged proportionally.
- Any third-party costs (hosting, APIs, tools, licenses) incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
5. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Billing errors caused by Webstok
- Non-initiation of project after payment (due to internal delay from our side)
All such cases will be reviewed individually.
6. Third-Party Costs
Any third-party expenses such as:
- Cloud hosting charges
- Domain purchases
- API usage fees
- Plugin or license costs
are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
7. Service Suspension & Termination
Webstok reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:
- Non-payment or delayed payment
- Violation of agreed terms
- Misuse of systems or infrastructure
- Unauthorized modifications or usage
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Changes to Policy
Webstok reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
