Webstok provides digital products and services only. We do not ship physical goods.
All deliverables are provided electronically and may include:

2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines vary based on project scope, complexity, and requirements.

- Custom Web & SaaS Projects: 4–12 weeks
- Mobile Applications: 4–10 weeks

- Hosting, monitoring, and system support are managed during the subscription period
- Delivery is considered ongoing, not a one-time event
5. Access to Deliverables
Once a system is deployed:
- Clients are granted access based on the agreed contract terms
- Access may include admin panels, dashboards, or user portals
- Source code access or transfer terms are defined in the specific agreement
6. Third-Party Dependencies
Delivery timelines may be affected by third-party services such as:
- Payment gateways
- Cloud providers (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
- API services and external integrations
- App store approvals (Google Play / Apple App Store)
Webstok is not responsible for delays caused by external providers.
7. Delays and Extensions
While we aim to deliver within agreed timelines:
- Delays may occur due to scope changes, client feedback delays, or external dependencies
- Any significant timeline changes will be communicated in advance
- Revised delivery schedules will be mutually agreed upon
8. Acceptance of Delivery
A project or milestone is considered delivered when:
- The system is deployed or shared for review
- Required functionality is implemented as per agreed scope
- Client provides approval or does not raise issues within a reasonable review period
