Support onboarding, configuration and deployment of websites, ecommerce platforms and business software solutions.
What you will do
- Support implementation of websites, ecommerce systems, apps and business workflows.
- Configure platforms, validate integrations and assist with launch readiness checks.
- Coordinate with development, design and customer success during onboarding.
- Document setup steps, common issues and practical client usage guidance.
What we are looking for
- Good coordination skills and attention to implementation detail.
- Ability to learn digital platforms, dashboards and business system setups quickly.
- Comfort working with clients and internal teams during rollout phases.
- Experience with SaaS onboarding, ecommerce or business software is a plus.
