Help clients adopt, use and succeed with Webstok's websites, platforms and technology solutions over time.
What you will do
- Support clients after project delivery with onboarding, usage and follow-up communication.
- Understand client goals, challenges and satisfaction across active accounts.
- Coordinate with project, support and growth teams on client needs and escalations.
- Identify opportunities for improvements, renewals, upsells or additional services.
What we are looking for
- Strong communication, empathy and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand client business needs and explain solutions clearly.
- Comfort with follow-ups, account tracking and service-oriented work.
- Experience in client success, account management or technology services is a plus.
