Job description
Role & responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user interface requirements.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate design ideas.
Design engaging, responsive UI for websites and mobile apps that align with client objectives.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.
Create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Ensure consistency across all designs and align with brand guidelines.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.
Perform usability testing to refine design solutions.
Maintain and manage design systems and UI kits.
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics for better communication with developers.
Ability to balance user needs with business goals.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work is required.

Immediate joiners preferred
Strong visual design sense with a clean and modern aesthetic
Agency or startup experience is a plus
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
